By accessing or using VoxWear AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
VoxWear AI is a privacy-first caregiver application that provides a unified view of seniors' vital signs, delivers accurate alerts with fewer false alarms, and supports consent-first, time-bounded video segment sharing for verification. The Service is designed to assist caregivers in monitoring and responding to health-related events, but it is not a medical device and does not provide clinical diagnosis.
To use the Service, you must create an account. The first user to sign up in a fresh environment becomes an administrator automatically. Role assignment (caregiver, senior, call_center, or admin) is performed exclusively by administrators and cannot be self-selected during account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service allows caregivers to share specific video segments with call-center staff or first responders. All video sharing requires explicit consent confirmation before sharing. Shared video segments are time-bounded and can be revoked at any time. Once revoked or expired, call-center staff can no longer access the shared media. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization before sharing any video content.
The Service collects only the data necessary for providing caregiving services, including user profiles, senior profiles, vital signs, alerts, and video segments (when explicitly shared). All data collection and usage is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
VoxWear AI is not a medical device and does not provide clinical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment recommendations. The Service is intended to assist caregivers in monitoring and responding to health-related events, but it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care. You acknowledge that:
Access to data within the Service is strictly controlled by role-based permissions:
All access boundaries are enforced at both the application and database levels through Row Level Security policies.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoxWear AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXWEAR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
